If your item isn’t quite what you expected, our Returns & Exchanges policy is here to make things right.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- It must include all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
- You must provide the original proof of purchase or order number.
2. The Return Process: Your Quest in 3 Steps
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Wait for Approval & Shipping Instructions
We’ll respond faster than a rogue’s sneak attack (usually within 24-48 hours) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item.
Step 3: Ship the Item Back
Securely pack the item, include your RMA number clearly on the package, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
3. Refund Timelines & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
4. Exchange Process
Want a different size, color, or product? Follow the same return process above. Clearly state in your email that you wish to exchange the item and specify the new product you desire. We’ll process the exchange once the original item is received.
