Shipping Options & Timelines:

We offer two ways to get your supplies, so you can choose the path that best suits your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (12.95 USD): We entrust your package to the swift couriers at DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after we ship it.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over 50 USD, your shipment travels via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after it leaves our warehouse.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Method: The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
